The agreement
By visiting this site you accept these terms. They are short on purpose: read them once and you are done. If any part of them ever conflicts with a signed engagement between you and the house, the engagement wins.
Ownership & the mark
Everything on this site — the text, the photography, the films, the icons, and the Avalon mark with its lockups — belongs to Avalon Consulting House S.A.S., Bogotá, Colombia, or to its clients. None of it may be reproduced, scraped, or repurposed without written permission. The mark itself may never be redrawn, recoloured, or crowded; ask us for the correct files instead.
Client work shown
Client names and marks belong to their owners and appear here with consent. The photography and film the house produces for its clients is and remains the property of Avalon Consulting House — lent to each client for an indefinite period, a loan rather than a transfer. If you are a client and want a piece added, updated, or taken down, one email is enough: hello@avalonph.com.
Privacy
The contact form asks only for what a reply requires: a name, an email, and what must exist. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, enrich it, or sign you up for anything. Notes are kept only as long as the conversation stays alive; ask and they are deleted sooner. For anything privacy-related, write to hello@avalonph.com.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics on you. What must exist, will — a tracking banner must not. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, whose servers see the request as with any font service.
External links
Links that leave this site — Instagram, for one — land on platforms with their own rules. Once you cross that door, theirs apply, not ours.

Nothing here is consulting. The words on these pages describe the practice; they do not constitute financial, legal, or strategic advice, and no decision should rest on them alone. Advice begins when an engagement does.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Bogotá D.C.
